very well located (1min to subway station) very easy C/I and C/O with friendly and polite staff small but fine rooms, ensuite bathroom, everything is clean, coffee machine, elevator

Night Broadway Hotel is conveniently located a short 30 second walk to the 96th Station on Broadway. The place itself is dated and could use a renovation - the place itsef was clean. Beds and washroom was clean, WIFi has a strong signal. Bed was comfortable and the AC is very strong, People criticize the workers, not being too "friendly" - I disagree, they keep to themseves, but are approachable. The location I felt is safe as well, did my morning walks without any issues - uniformed NYPD are present at the 96th station.

Staff and cleanliness are the 2 key words here. Despite the building is quite old and might deserve an overall refreshment, rooms are super clean and cleaned up every day. Bed sheets were also changed every day. Staff has been very very professional and very "friendly" (in a good way). I particularly liked Justin (thanks for your smile and your joy). Even though we've had a small issue with some nights that we paid while we shouldn't have, the team has been super professional and been following up all the way until I got reimbursed (until the last cent). Having problems can happen to anyone but the way problems are managed shows how professional someone is, and I do not have any doubt about this hotel. Also, a good point, there are lots of restaurants, bars, shops around the hotel and on the top of that, Metro Line 1,2,3 is only 1 block away !!!

I really liked the room . Nice and cozy - comfy bed and was clean . No bugs- this time . Nice big closet. Great size tv. the air conditioner worked well. The room was nice and spacious! I like the decor of the rooms.

Extremely nice and accomodating staff. Subway around the corner on main line . Very comfortable bed. Room of a good site for nyc standards. Hair dryer, coffe machine, safety box, dressing. A bathtub was a luxury. AC and an old style of heater.I asked for a quiet room and of course it gave to the back of building . Perfect as no traffic noise at all. Supermarket, a diner, good wine store all within 3min walking. I strongly recommend.

Very friendly and good humored staff. Lounge deco was nice and cozy. Room was decently sized for 2 adults+ 2 kids

The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful I'd say. I dropped a ring in the sink and the staff sent someone to help me, he was very patient, we tried many times to find it, he even come back 2 times. eventually we could not get my ring back, but overall it's my own mistake. Just need to really say the staff is nice, you just have to ask.

The location is great, the room was clean and smelt fresh. It is very close to Subway station and three blocks from Central Park, very convenient. Staff was friendly and gentle, they have a luggage room for you to leave your luggage after our before check in. Although there is no parking, I didn't have much trouble finding public free street parking there. They have hair dryers, iron, water and coffee available!

The Night Hotel Broadway was very nice. It had everything we needed. And the price was excellent compared to other hotels in the Upper West Side. The hotel had some age and it's facilities were a bit dated, but that is why the price was very reasonable. It was clean and served our needs. That is what mattered most to us. We were pleased with the Night Hotel and will recommend it to others.

Perfect Location. 2 min to subway with 13 min travel to timesquare and 10 min walking to central park. Area was safe even after 11 pm. We traveled with my two chikdren. Awsome staff. And room was clean and confortable. Good people staying here from all over the world. Starbucks coffe roght in the corner. CVS and wallgreens next to it. Breakfast cafeteria at the corner in ront of hotel. Uber from newark airport was 90 bucks. Little italy pizza at 4 min walking. ( award winer best pizza in NY ) .
